First Reformed Church of Jamaica

Discipline: Brand Identity · Web/Digital Design

The Challenge
First Reformed Church of Jamaica came to us to shape a brand and website that could carry a clear, unifying message. Its pastor had a specific vision: the church doesn't just tend to worshippers on Sunday — it serves the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. The challenge was to translate that holistic idea of care into an identity that felt both faithful to the church's tradition and welcoming to everyone it serves.

Our Approach
We anchored the identity in the Holy Trinity, letting that foundational concept guide the logo. It gave us a natural, meaningful way to express the pastor's vision — three parts in one, mirroring the church's promise to nourish mind, body, and spirit as a single, unified whole. From that mark, we built out the full brand and a website designed to feel as welcoming and purposeful as the community behind it, extending the concept consistently across every touchpoint.

The Result
First Reformed Church of Jamaica now has a brand and digital home rooted in meaning — a logo drawn from the Holy Trinity that speaks directly to the church's mission of caring for the whole person. From identity to website, the work gives the congregation a clear, cohesive way to share who they are and welcome new members into a community built to serve mind, body, and spirit.
